Recycle polyester POY

Recycled Polyester POY (Partially Oriented Yarn)​​ is a key intermediate material produced from recycled PET sources like post-consumer bottles. It possesses an undrawn molecular structure, resulting in low orientation, high elongation (>120%), and low tensile strength. Primarily serving as the essential feedstock for texturing (to make DTY) or drawing (to make FDY), it offers the same process versatility as virgin POY while supporting circular economy goals in textile manufacturing.
